It was very difficult to decide where to go to make our purchase, I was beginning to think that no one wanted our business, I did not think we were difficult to deal with - we were wanting a new car, cash in hand, every salesman’s dream, I would have thought, but how wrong could I be until Wednesday 19th November 2008 and I made the all important phone call to yourselves, and spoke with Michael who made the relevant enquiries and rang me back within 10 minutes, and said it would be better for me to go in and talk, to which I did Michael was busy with another customer at the time and I was greeted by Ronnie who was also very attentive and offering several options, I thought I was dreaming after the past six weeks bad experience of dealing with car sales managers.
The vehicle that we wished to purchase was for my son. And he had no ideal that I was making enquiries at yet another dealership, so I arranged for him to visit the garage later that day he chose his car paid his deposit and on Saturday 22nd November 2008 was the proud owner driving away in a brand new immaculate Suzuki Swift Attitude. Unfortunately Ronnie was unavailable that Saturday, but we were well taken care of by Charles, who had been equally as attentive by dealing with the paperwork in Ronnie's absence.
I would just like to say a big THANK YOU to Michael, Ronnie, Charles and David for the attention and the service that you provided and gave me my faith back in car dealerships.
